There are three types of membership:
Information about the ANZFHS Membership form Section 1 and 2 Information in section 1 is for use by the society only and will not be supplied to 3rd parties. Please checksection 2 for inclusion of your details on the membership list that is made available to members only. Members may be one person, a family, partner or a business. It provides for one vote at meetings and other proposals to be voted on. Your e-mail address will be used to send bulletins or other specific information to you. If you do not have or do not use e-mail, please tick the appropriate (NO) box. A Stud/Stable Name can be registered with the KFPS if you want to have the sole right to use that name in conjunction with the name of foals that you may register. If you want to register this name, please tick the appropriate box on the form. A registration fee is payable and an annual subscription fee is charged. Section 3 There are 3 categories of membership. ANZFHS membership This membership is mainly for members that want to be kept informed about the society and don’t breed or transfer horses.
KFPS membership (fee includes ANZFHS fee) This membership is aimed at members that actively breed Friesian Horses. It also required transferring horses and be re-issued with a KFPS paper.
KFPS membership + subscription to Phryso magazines This KFPS membership includes a subscription to the KFPS studbook magazine (I Dutch language)
Pro-rata fees are available to NEW members. New members also pay the entry fee which is not pro-rated. Memberships must be renewed and paid by 1/3/2010 to maintain a valid membership, otherwise the entry fee will be payable. Proof of deposit into the ANZFHS account if you make a direct deposit is required for our administration. Please always send in the renewal form if you pay directly into the account. Section 4 Please sign this part of the form. If you need access to the Constitution and Rules and Regulations, they can be found on the website or they can be requested to be sent to you. |
