Transfer of ownership

To be able to transfer ownership of a horse, the following conditions must be met:
- Seller as well as purchaser must be a member of the ANZFHS/KFPS
- The horse must be registered in one of the registers of the KFPS.
The transfer Fee consist of a seller and a buyer fee, and the form must be signed by both parties, before being forwarded on to the Registrar.
The registration papers must be forwarded to the ANZFHS registrar. The seller will receive a refund of the deposit if this was paid with the registration. The buyer needs to pay the deposit for the new registration paper.
